Murali Gopalan

Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer

Murali Gopalan is the Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Cleareye.ai.

Before starting Cleareye.ai, he was Chief Commercial Officer of UST Global, the California-based global technology partner of Fortune 500 companies, until April 2019. He held a range of executive positions in UST Global from its inception in early 2000 in different parts of the globe.

He joined the company from Colgate Palmolive’s global headquarters in New York. Prior to that he worked at Procter & Gamble India. He held different brand leadership roles in both of these companies working in different countries worldwide.

Murali is a Founder Charter Member of an Indian chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs, whose purpose is fostering entrepreneurship. He graduated in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Kerala, India, and received his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Mariya George

Co-founder, President, Chief Revenue Officer

Mariya George is the President & Chief Revenue Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Cleareye.ai.

Before starting Cleareye.ai, Mariya was the Head of Banking and Insurance at UST Global. She was responsible for the industry group’s overall vision, strategy and investment priorities, developing the network of alliance partners and an aggressive revenue growth goal of 70%. She was also responsible for the global P&L, sales, business development, consulting, client relationship management and technology execution.

Prior to this, Mariya was the Business Head for East and Midwest market in North America. She led the global sales organization across North America and primary markets in Asia (India, China), and built a team to lead and manage new Fortune 500 customer acquisitions and doubled her portfolio.

She developed a two-year strategic plan that migrated from a transaction-based sale to a relationship-based sale and reduced new customer acquisition time by 75%. She also designed and implemented a sales cluster model that delivered 50% top line sales growth year over year.

From 2010 to 2015, she worked with the Innovation, Services & Enterprise Solutions leadership on large-scale innovation and digital transformation efforts at UST Global. She implemented the federated innovation model and crafted the go-to-market strategy and execution plan to position the organization as the innovation partner for multiple Fortune 100 customers.

Before that she spent 10 years leading multiple consulting engagements with a focus on bridging business demand and technology solutions.

Mariya has a degree in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science & Technology, India. She is passionate about finding and building talent, especially women in technology with strong entrepreneurial skills. She is based in New York.

Anoj Pillai

Co-founder, Chief Product Officer

Anoj Pillai is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Cleareye.ai. Anoj leads product design and research and drives our core mission of improving financial inclusion globally.

He is deeply motivated by the everyday struggles of the financially underserved global community and strives to solve them with solutions that are impactful and pragmatic. Anoj is an accomplished architect and technology thought leader, with expertise in architecting and implementing complex enterprise solutions for over 20+ years.

He is a trusted advisor to several Global 1000 CIOs and technology leadership teams. In his advisory role, Anoj led the planning of business technology strategies and was directly responsible for the accelerated adoption of new and emerging capabilities like data science and artificial intelligence to achieve long-term organizational goals.

Sarath Sasikumar

Co-founder, EVP & Chief Program Officer

Sarath Sasikumar is the Co-Founder, EVP and Chief Program Officer of Cleareye.ai. In this role Sarath is responsible for the company’s ecosystem strategy, global operations, talent management & other business enablement functions. His is also the Chief Value Mentor, evangelizing a “Values & Culture First” mindset across the company.

Prior to founding Cleareye.ai, Sarath served as the Head of Operations, Global Technology Services Group (TSG) at UST Global, an American multinational provider of digital services where he was responsible for service demand and new service creation efforts.

Prior to this role, Sarath led a team of Global Business Integrators, a special task force working directly for the CEO’s Office. Sarath and his team managed multiple strategic programs across the globe. His personal focus was on operationalizing a Global New Business Group which later became the elite group responsible for delivering sales growth, net new Fortune 500 customer acquisitions and the #1 distribution channel for its Products & Platforms division.

Sarath has vast experience managing large and complex programs, both in engineering and in business, spanning multiple teams, geographies and varying degrees of uncertainties.

Before getting Inducted as the leader for the Global Business Integrators group, Sarath helped build a Global Partnerships & Alliances Group for UST Global.

He has also held engineering and pre-sales leadership roles with various Silicon Valley startups.

Sarath graduated with an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, Mahatma Gandhi University, India. He is based in Orange County, CA, where he lives with his wife and his daughter.

Miles Everson

Member of the Board of Directors

Miles Everson is Member of the Board of Directors of Cleareye.ai. He is currently serving as the CEO of MBO Partners. At MBO Partners, Everson is delivering innovative workforce solutions that make it safer and easier for enterprise organizations and top independent professionals to work together. MBO is helping thousands of people do the work they love, the way they want while helping companies embrace new workforce strategies.

Before Cleareye.ai and MBO partners, Everson served as Global Advisory and Consulting CEO for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), leading the company’s Asia Pacific Americas Advisory and Consulting businesses. Everson had a rich career with PwC, almost three decades in total. He began in the firm’s Assurance practice, moving into leadership roles within Advisory/Consulting in both Canada and the U.S., including several Financial Services leadership roles, eventually becoming the U.S. Advisory/Consulting Vice Chairman.

In 2015, he stepped into the new role of Asia Pacific Americas Advisory and Consulting Leader to help globalize the Advisory/Consulting practice. While with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), he served as lead client service partner for several multinational clients. Additionally, he occupied several firm leadership roles, including serving as US Vice Chairman and Global Advisory and Consulting Leader.

Prior to this, Everson has worked with many of the world’s largest and most prominent organizations, specializing in executive management. He helps companies balance growth, reduce risk, maximize return, and excel in strategic business priorities.

Everson’s work was wide-ranging in its impact, touching more than 60,000 professionals in more than 150 countries. He is a sought-after public speaker and contributor, and was featured as a case study for success from Harvard Business School.

Everson is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in Accounting.
